The house was beautifully presented all the rooms were clean and tidy the rooms were very spacious, the owners of the property left us a hamper which was lovely with leaflets in with activities near by to do. We stayed as a group of 3 couples so I’d say one of the rooms was more accommodating to three single people or children not a fault at all just a heads up but that didn’t affect our stay.

The only thing I’d say negative about the property was the hot tub water was quite foamy when we lifted the lid to get in but we found some de-foamer and it was fine and the neighbour doesn’t like music to which she shouted quite rudely over at 4pm to turn the music down, which is something completely out of the property owners hands.

Great location not far from the Giants Causeway. Bushmills is the nearest village with shops and restaurants. Rooms were modern and nicely decorated the family room was perfect as there was a smaller room with two single beds off the main room. The bar had live music and a very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was good as well

Service at Breakfast was a little slow for taking orders juice and bread needed topping up and there was a wait for this. But there only seemed to be two girls doing everything as well as managing the reception desk when required.

The receptionist was not helpful, as I faced slight difficulty logging in, she told me that the right place was a further 15 min away. She was least bothered and interested to pay attention to my issue of checking in , so gave the wrong information. The restaurant seriously had the worst service ever. It was the worst buffet I've ever had - with only 5 main dishes , 3-4 salad items and 2 desserts. Really disappointed as it cost more than £30 including vat; plus the drinks were excluded, contrary to the information I asked for by calling them beforehand. Seriously misguided and they were very unprofessional! The food dishes, only 5, were empty and I had to ask them for a refill. Having paid £30 I was not provided any pizza or other dishes, which were offered for extra payment. Crazy 😧 With this kind of unhelpful staff, I absolutely wouldn't recommend the buffet!
