The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

We booked this Hotel as our Buss Tour of Europe was to start two days Post our arrival to London. To Save precious time & prevent moving from one Hotel to the Other.

We arrived to London Via Dubai from Australia, at 0120 after 27hrs of travel “Obviously” exhausted to be advised that they had NO Rooms ( despite booking in January ) & Card Debited. Apparently our room had been flooded ????? [ The Chelsea’s Flower Show was on that week ] Despite stating how tired & exhausted we were “The Night Duty Manager” didn’t want anything to do with us. With NO resolution in sight we were sent to another Hotel “ The Claremont” after initially the same reply NO Rooms” ??? [ I believe they were a sister Hotel to the Tower ? ] Their N/D manager rang the Tower Hotel with NO Ph pick up or Email Reply” Claremont juggles allocations & we had a Magnificent room. Oh my word Luxury +++++ stumbled into bed at 0300. We returned to the Tower Hotel prior to commencing our Buss Tour ( as this was the elected Hotel ) My husband requested to speak to the Day manager to discuss how disgracefully we were treated initially - The Manager was allegedly busy - hence my abysmal R/V. Issue Unresolved !

Friendly, accommodating staff. We arrived after check in time and they waited up to greet us. Rooms small but cosy rather than cramped.

Although clean, en suite was a bit dated so you could see a bit of wear and tear around tiles. The poached eggs were over done at Breakfast. Not a deal breaker, but they are so much better when they are runny.

It was basic, a bit like a Premier Inn but better than a Travelodge. It was fine but a bit expensive for the quality.

Check-in and Food was available in the attached pub. Food was decent but to-order rather than a buffet.

Very clean and comfortable, and as advertised. Connected to a lovely country pub with loads of parking space.

I guess it's possibly the location but the Wi-Fi was terrible.

En suite bathroom had no ventilation so when showering it felt like you were hyperventilating. Also, music from the pub downstairs was really loud until midnight. When I say loud I mean to the point that you couldn't sleep and the bass was so much that the bed was vibrating. It sounded like the music was coming from your bedroom it was that loud. If you want to go to bed after this time then it's fine, but we had driven from up north so had been up early and was driving back after midnight the following night (as was at a concert at wembley), so wanted to go to bed at 11pm but could not sleep because of the very loud music
