Needed a hotel near Heathrow for an early morning departure. This hotel is very conveniently located just 1 stop from Heathrow Terminals 2,3 and 4 on the underground and just across the road from the station. Very close to the runway but absolutely no noise from outside in the rooms.

Rooms a little difficult to find, better signage would be helpful. Underground station does not have a lift so a little difficult to access/egress with heavy suitcases.

Room was very quiet, breakfast was good, breakfast staff Sue and Allison were excellent and a real plus to your hotel as was Dixon who is part of your dinner staff. The room cleaning staff were also excellent and had a great service attitude.

The front desk staff seem disengaged and did not come across as warm, welcoming and happy to be dong their job. We were surprised at the small window size in our room but otherwise the room was exactly what we were looking for.

No breakfast available - but manager offered to arrange breakfast with hotel next door. Liked the new soft furnishings, colours went well with very old building. Good quality bedding and towels.

The bath really let the room down. It wouldn't cost so very much to replace very dated bath with roll top bath which would really elevate the experience of staying here.

My only gripe, the toilet was difficult to flush at times due to the saniflow device coming on and off, and the shower cubical was a tiny bit small for a standard size person

We are 4 of us with a car that already informed the hotel when we booked. When we arrived we got a spot on the yard and check in normally. Then a month later we've got a parking charge for £100 fron Civil enforcement for parking in the hotel parking lot. I have called the hotel and he said it's our fault that did not register our car when check in. He said there are sign everywhere. Sure? we are 4 person and haven't seen a sigle sign. And I have already inform the hotel in advance that we have a car but still no one care to inform about that even the checkin staff!? We did not beg you to stay for free we've paid over £200 to stay a night there and this is how you treat us? We were on the trip to be relax and don't want to play any mastermind game with you. I am from a 3rd world country but never got treated like this before. I've book this hotel because it has a free parking lot but now I have to pay £100 for parking! Please consider how to run the hotel again!
