The location was perfect to me. I arrived late night and the instruction to enter through the main door was impressive. Breakfast in the morning was reasonable.

As i enter the hotel room, i was bit disappointed by the strange smell, it could be room room spray or something like wet carpet dried itself, got me headache so i have to wide open both windows. Shower was bit tricky even though followed as per the instructions.

Overly warm room, no aircon or fan so was difficult to sleep (stated as provided on hotel information).The bedroom (room 2) was basic, tired and needs a good clean. I'm asthmatic so a dusty warm room triggered poor breathing. Public walkways are dirty and need a good clean. For a spa hotel we would expect robes and slippers- none provided. No fridge in the room. We went to ask for ice and was told someone would bring it up, they didn't. Room service menu has no pricing and the phone line to reception on the phone in the room didn't work - we ordered in from a local take away via Just eat. If you're hoping for a good night's sleep this isn't the place to stay - loud function music spills out into the garden until the early hours - there is no warning of this when you book or check in. Check out - we stood waiting and was ignored so just left the key on the desk and walked out - suppose that's one way to never ask guests if they enjoyed their stay.

The location was good. I liked that the room had cutlery and plates.

It smelled unclean, the bed was rather uncomfortable. There was something like a mold smell coming from the bathroom which permeated into the whole room. I disliked the courtyard room because it meant that people outside knocked on my door and attempted to get into my room at 1am. This was distressing.

The apartment had no air conditioning, but claims to be cooled by floor cooling. The laws of physics will tell you that controlling the temperature from the floor works quite well when heating, but clearly not when you try to cool (to be clear: cool air stays close to the floor and does not rise). Upon arrival, there was dirty laundry left in the apartment from previous users. Why is this called a penthouse? It is not on the highest floor, perhaps better, otherwise it might have been even hotter. Peculiar: there was no teapot, in a British house??

While I was trying to find the building/property.I called the host to ask for the the directions because navigation took me Infront of another building.Instead of helping me with the directions he was continously telling me about the form I needed to fill with my ID and security deposit.I told him I haven't received any link in an email to do so secondly give me the directions so I can come to the car park as I was in the middle of the road and there were car behind me.He got offended for that and he put the phone down on me and never answered again It took me very long to find the right car park,Key box and check In. There was no Instructions to drop the parking permit in the key box with the key.I thought it's for one time use so I didn't leave it with the key.Next day I received a call from same guy started shouting at me for the parkimg permit.I asked him If I can drop the permit back but he refused and said we do not have staff at the property to take the permit back from you. They kept my deposit £150. £150 for the deposit??? It's a scam
