Positive section of review
We absolutely loved our stay and would be happy to return at a later date. The breakfast was consistently excellent and there was always plenty on offer. The staff were attentive and friendly in the breakfast room as were all the staff including the cleaning staff who were pleasant and friendly. The premises were always clean both inside and out. Our room, which had a balcony, was bright and airy.

Located in a lovely and quiet village. The cottage was well presented and clean ready for our stay. The cottage has all modern features, new bathroom and kitchen facilities. Ample parking on the street outside and a quick walks down to the nearby beach.

The staff were so welcoming to us and our 1 year old. The room was huge, perfect for the little one to walk around. The restaurant was fantastic! Exceptional food and such friendly service.

It was well located near a tube station, and in an animated neighbourhood.

First it was not specified that it was a common bathroom. In addition the room wasn’t clean (with dust everywhere). There are stains on the walls and mould. There are no shutters on the window. Last, we met several insects in the kitchen such as cockroaches.

Host was nice, pleasant and chatty. Everything was clean and fresh.

Shower didn't work, beds were small and mattresses were uncomfortable, and cheap pillows had to double up off the other bed. There was a hot tub but didn't get to use as it was raining, but don't think we would have as there was no privacy as it was right under the property owners window and the tub could be seen by people walking by.
