The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Stayed in the premier room with walk in shower as my dad had some mobility issues. Updated room well designed only it would be nice to have a non slip shower mat for people with mobility issues. Otherwise the room and the facilities were perfect.

The first thing I would mention here is the location, how good it felt when I stepped in. And adding to it are the people who welcomed us, what a warm welcome!

Good location, a bar and restaurant when we came in from travel. Putting bikes around the back was good.

Surrounded by nightclubs, booming music till 3am all 3 nights of our stay. Sun-Wednesday. Very hard to get to sleep. I came away to escape the teenagers at home …. One’s a DJ and ones in a rock band, so that was incredibly annoying! The pillows were feather and very hard and uncomfortable! The duvet was the loudest crunchiest sounding duvet I have ever come across, to the point that simply turning over in bed would wake me up because i woke up in a panic thinking i had fallen asleep with a multi pack of crisps in bed with me. Lift for the car park was out of order, so had 8 flights of stairs to climb with my suitcase. I didn’t come away to do exercise, I came away to be lazy and greedy so my first experience of the hotel nearly killed me. No direct access to the spa from the hotel rooms, so ended up on my first day unbeknownst to me, coming out of the lift in my dressing gown and swimwear to an entire lobby full of businessmen in meetings, had to do a walk of shame, It was very embarrassing! If you are taller than 5ft 8inches then please don’t expect to be able to get a shower or walk around without banging your head on everything. Very low ceilings and doorways. I could fit so I wasn’t that fussed by my partner has checked out today with what feels like a fractured skull. (He’ll live) We came home one evening at 10.30pm drunk and ravenous, and went to try and get some food from the bar/ restaurant. We were told the kitchen had just closed but we would be able to order food to the room at 11pm. We were told there were pizzas, burgers, chips ect so we went to the room, salivating and excited…. We waited, called down to reception and the only food available was cold sandwiches and nothing else. Ended up having to go out and find a takeaway. Very inconvenient when we were specifically told at the bar, surely the bar could go told us there would be no food available and we could have gone and found a takeaway a lot sooner! Sky in the room ….
