  Everything you might need was provided in this spacious summer room at the back of the owners property. The location of the nearby shop is great for nipping to get a pint of milk when you arrive. It’s great that essentials of tea and coffee were provided and also shower gel / shampoo, towels etc. The location for a Harry Potter studio tour is great. It took me and my 9 year old 11 mins to reach the studio, which was as described. It’s a safe, pleasant and flat route. We got a taxi from Watford station for £10.

  The flat was well equipped and clean, we felt very at home. The location is so close to the town centre but still nice and quiet. The staff were excellent when we left something behind from our stay and got it back to us.

  Check in on Sunday, restaurant doesn't open Sundays, had to dine in a nearby hotel which was very expensive for what we ate. Breakfast wasn't very good slimy lumpy porridge. Cold food and inedible bacon.

  No hot water in the morning. Reception manager very rude and unacceptable behaviour. Spoke to general manager who wowed to stay in touch with us regarding a refund. This happened over 2 weeks ago and still no refund or further correspondence from the general manager Kizzy

  The room was very dilapidated. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was extremely noisy due to overlooking The "Rat and Pigeon". Loud music and shouting carried on until 2.30am. After that we were disturbed at 5am by barrels being rolled about and bins being emptied for over an hour.
