I appreciated the good shower, provision of a good iron and ironing board in the room, good storage facilities in the room, and the excellent breakfast. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

There was no explanation of how to make the lift work on the way to my room on arrival - not automatically obvious to everyone. Service at the bar late in the evening was very slow, needed more staff, but those who were on duty were pleasant and remained calm despite pressure of customers. There was only one chair in a double room.

Lovely clean, and comfortable room. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant,and would recommend it. It was definitely value for money.

We had haddock, disguised as whiting, but when your husband is a fish monger,you can't pull the wool over his eyes. It didn't spoil our stay, but tut,tut.

First night I walked into the bathroom thinking I’d walked into a smokers den it was vile After asking for a move I was moved to another apartment First night at 1.42am I was woken by a cat making a noise then sitting on the bed head I put it out it wasn’t happy wriggling and screaming as I approached the door When I complained and said that I felt it had been there before I was told it must be the neighbors Next night the cat came back and was jumping on the door handle to open it making a huge noise at 12.50am I didn’t bother complaining because I know when I’m talking to a brick wall Otherwise the bed was extremely soft and not good for the back

Having to leave our bedroom, to get to the bathroom, which you had to unlock. Couldn’t open the window in the room as there was secondary glazing - and the top was full of cobwebs. Also broken loose seat.
