Breakfast was good. A special shout out to Apple who was great :) Fitness facilities and grounds were great. Room was spacious. It’s a good hotel and we would stay again despite the patchy customer service experience.

Room service one night arrived frozen! (Curry). We had to ask 3 times in one day before the sheets were changed after our toddler was unwell (the lady who did finally change them was lovely and slightly appalled). With a couple of notable exceptions, the staff seemed young / inexperienced and customer service levels were low

Breakfast was delicious and a change from a full English tbh. Location wise it was great for our particular visiting purpose.

The smell in the corridors and stairs wasn’t great. Old chip fat smell. Thank god the room didn’t smell like that.

No soundproof we could hear everything. The doors slammed our particular door was really hard to close even open too. The outside wasn’t too good old mattress in the little yard The bed didn’t have enough pillows either could of done with another 2
