  Hotel absolutely spotless and felt new and fresh with very stylish decor. Beds comfortable and early checkin request made possible. Staff very friendly and helpful. If going back I would request a high floor with runway view. Shuttle bus a bit hard to find - but head for the hotel shuttle bus stop at either terminal in gatwick and it will come.

  We had a problem with the lights in our room. It was a b/h weekend so I guess an electrician was hard to get. But reception sorted a room change without delay - couldn’t fault them on this

  Lovley location .. room was fully equipped with everything that would be needed for an over night stay .. everything was really clean .. staff was polite and friendly .. breakfast was amazing I'd definitely stay again 10/10

  My partner struggled to sleep with the bright green light in the room on the smoking alarm but that can't be helped . It didn't bother me at all though
