This place was such a good find! The apartment is lovely, a lot bigger than I expected. Great facilities, decor and super comfy bed. We loved the shower and the added extras like tv having apps and the Google music. We have a very large car and parking in the space was absolutely fine! We arrived early morning and was even told come back in an hour it’s yours! Honestly just so nice- Book, book,book! Harrogate town centre we walked in 6mins with shops and bars along your way. Asda is practically your neighbour!

We like how rustic the property was. There are some comments about the stair gates, but these are fine. Easy to operate and good for keeping the dogs from going up. Beds are really comfy.

Although rustic, the property good do with a thorough clean in the upstairs bathroom and my dog was munching on some old popcorn beside the leather arm chairs. The booking information requires updating on booking.com. Upon booking, it states arrival from 12:00 and departure by 12:00. We received instructions from the host, the day prior to arrival, stating arrival was after 16:00 and departure by 10:00.

Cleanliness, spacious, beautiful decor, excellent service, fantastic food, extremely comfortable - this hotel has it all!

Nothing negative to say about the hotel. One little issue experienced was transport. We travelled by train to Belfast and the only problem was sourcing a taxi to the hotel at night time. Its about 15 mins of a drive so using your own car is a definite if you chose to stay here. Can't fault the hotel though would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway.

Patience of receptionist giving directions as satnav didn’t lead us to the Inn. Roadworks were obstructing the entrance.

On arrival had to sign agreement that £100 would be charged if blood was found on sheets or other stains etc. When arriving in room red lipstick was on sink, dried blood stain on bed linen and red streaks of something on wardrobe. No teaspoon for tea and coffee making. Shower leaked, and shower head attachment was not fixed so had to hold with one hand. Only one pillow per person.

Please do not stay! This place is horrendous, only one star because we cannot leave 0. Dirty room and bathroom, broken bath, broken toilet door. Dirty kettle, filthy burnt iron. Torn & ripped curtains and one window did not even have a curtain. To say it was meant to be a suite is ridiculous to the point of comical. Carpets through out the building were worn and dirty, plaster and cracks and damp patches. When we came out of the lift we were confronted by an open door with old furniture, mattresses and various other dirty items being stored. Not the nicest thing to see on the way to breakfast. I will keep it brief about the breakfast, just don’t eat it. Cold burnt bacon, burnt eggs, cold beans, even the water in the flask for the tea wasn’t even hot. You have a choice of full English or a full English. I would dread to think about the heath and safety side of things, I can’t imagine the Legionella testing can be correct with such a disregard to the other basics standards that are clearly not being adhered to on a daily basis. Such a shame, this would of been a great hotel many years ago, with some TLC hopefully they can change things to the better, it has a great location for visiting the city Center but by my wife and I will certainly not be returning.
