Breakfast was lovely in a nice atmosphere and dining room with views out onto the gorgeous street. I was just here one night for a friend's birthday party at Huxleys just down the road so location was ideal.

Car park wasn't easy to find, even with the directions I was emailed ahead of time. It's very easy to miss.

Everything was great at the hotel. They were very accommodating as I arrived late, and they help me get to the station as it was impossible to find a cab to take me there.

The lack of available transport from-to hotel/ train station area. It makes it a reall challenge as it's about 40 mins walk otherwise. If you are a traveller with heavy luggage it's practically impossible to make it to both destinations smoothly and without extra help. Sophie, a staff member, was my rescuer - thanks Sophie.

Breakfast was just ok nothing special. Hot buffet so food out for a long time meaning dry hash browns. And no oat milk for my cereal and tea. Not much on the way of vegan options

Fresh coffee in the morning, I mean come on. Always supply fresh coffee. I was told by the staff on the breakfast shift to put instant coffee in a cup and use the hot water. Come on, up your game.
