I liked the gates at the front, i felt very secure, the back garden was nice and big with clothes liners which was helpful to hang clothes outside also nice little snacks left in a basket in the kitchen!

I didn't like that it wasn't as clean as described and by people who previously stayed there who left feedback saying how clean it was it actually wasn't for me and my family, the bathroom around the toilet and shower area was dirty and so was the toilet too, i was not happy about that at all. Also it was pretty dusty too!

Liked the quietness and the ability to sit outside. Liked the good shower and although did not use kitchen other than for coffee and toast, it appeared to be well equipped.

It was not as clean as expected - the blind on the bathroom window had not been cleaned in a long time, as had the toothbrush holder etc in bathroom cupboard. Although we put the immersion on for a bath, the water pressure was so low, it was not possible to have a bath as took too long to fill the bath. Sofa was not comfortable.

It is very well located. The room has an Iron and an adapter for electricity which is a blessing.

On despite of the title, I didnt realize I was actually sharing the floor which was a let down even though the landlady was lovely. Also the bed is one of these bed-couch, its comfortable but too close to the ground, not recomendable if you have back issues.

We’ve stayed in the room 6 and the ceiling was lower on some parts of the house making us hit our heads from time to time. The staff was also not so responsive when we saw that the location was wrong on the app they use to check in.

Staff were lovely and helpful and price very good.

As I didn't arrive into Edinburgh until 11pm and had to leave before 6am to catch a plane, in consideration to the other guests I chose not to turn a light on or use the handbasin as it is in the bunkbed area. Edinburgh Central is a good location and is close to buses and trams so easy for me to get to to airport and worked for the one night.

Think there are some building faults ie firedoors have beading at the sill making pulling a suitcase hard. The shower rose spurted water from half way down and a few other things
