Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  The staff were very welcoming and friendly straight away I spoke to a lovely lady on arrival who helped me with car park and any other questions I had. The car park deal with the BIC was a huge convenience as it was over the road and in a good secure multi storey. We were both super impressed with the clean and spacious room with plenty of nice touches like the room fridge, coffee machine, plenty of bathroom products and fluffy bath robes. The rooms were well lit but could also be gently lit as the evening went on. Breakfast was freshly cooked and brought to our table at their in house resturant which was a lovely location to enjoy some food and we want to dine there next time. Our Room also had a great view over the pier and sea but was still not overly noisy when the weather turned and it rained heavily into the night.

  We stayed one night and were welcomed on arrival by our host and shown to our room. She was informative about near bye restaurants. In the morning she cooked up a great breakfast which set us up for the day.

  We was told it was an executive suite when it wasn’t. We was told that breakfast was not included in the room price when we thought it was. When going to the bar on the eveningThere was arguments with kitchen and waitress staff. The restaurant food was not available the next day because the chef didn’t turn up. We couldn’t get a spa treatment. When staying 2 days the room didn’t get topped up with towels or tea/coffee/milk nobody asked if we enjoyed our stay when leaving
