Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Room was exactly what I needed. Comfy bed, big enough for me with clothes space for my outfits. Came with a nice assortment of tea and coffee in the morning. Whilst bathroom wasn't connected to my room, it was directly opposite which was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was lovely. Quick service, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again if I need to.

  fluffier pillow would've been a bit nicer. It wasn't uncomfortable, but it was a bit too soft so it felt like my head went straight through, even with two pillows.

  The room was spacious and very well appointed. It was quiet at night even though it was in the city. The bathroom was very good with a huge shower and separate bath. Lots of products for bathing. The beds were enormous and very comfortable.

  Modern interior with garden theme, modern bathroom. Very nice hotel and location was amazing, very close to bars and lunch areas. Piccadilly’s gardens close by and trams/ transport close.

  There were very nice bay windows but you could hear everything through them when closed and due to the social location, this would keep us up. The shower sprayed onto the floor due to Morden design but had potential to leak. Carpet was stained and dirty but was barely noticeable as rest appeared clean

  The location was very central and easy to get around. We liked that fact we could make a coffee in the room.

  Reception staff were not very friendly and didn't seem to want to be there. Cleaning staff however were very pleasant. Room is very small be aware and walking up and down the stairs is quite dodgy due to bad lighting. No lift to carry bags up, had to carry up narrow stairway. Light "cord" could only be reached by standing on bed. Heater did not work, when we asked staff they said it did not work, it then turned on magically for about one hour and then not again for rest of stay.

  The room was a lot smaller than expected, Mold in the bathroom and on windowsill, No towels or handwash, nowhere to hang clothes unless you want them steamed by a kettle, hairs in 1 of the beds which was then used for storage, The view was of the laundry drying, dust all on skirting board... I know you get what you pay for but its not what was shown on pictures... Payed and stayed for 1 night, everywhere else was booked up, left first thing
