The caravan was extremely clean on arrival. Cleaning products and general items like cutlery/hoover were provided. Adam was a fantastic host giving us helpful information of things to do in the area.

I’m not sure if this was a Booking.com problem or not but we were charged an extremely high rate compared to the rates offered on other sites. We stayed at great comparable Native apartment in London for far less. The kitchen lacked essential equipment, eg no coffee maker, colander, food prep utensils, etc - which was extra annoying considering how much we paid.

Arrived Friday 24th. Having already paid £351had to pay an extra £87 for 3 days parking and breakfast for 2 adults. Checked in to room. Seemed OK. Just chilled and relaxed 1st day. When waking up Saturday morning we were unable to have a shower as the water was only coming out from the hose. We raised this with reception when we went to breakfast and let them know we would be out all day so this issue could be fixed. We went back to the room at approximately 19:39. Shower had not been repaired. I once again raised this with reception and told them I'd left the shower running so they had to repair it. This was done eventually. Unacceptable. There was also no soap for the sink. Only very small towels not big enough for our little dog let alone us. And half a toilet roll to last 3 days. Some sort of refund would be most appreciated and I think appropriate under the circumstances. Cannot share photos as only have a video of the shower not working
