  Hayley was very friendly and greeted us by names when we arrived. We were shown to our room and shown how things worked. We were then offered a time to go down for breakfast. Room was big enough, plenty of extras like clothes steamer, haidryer and info pack. Lovely sea view from the bed and chairs in room. Very clean room. Breakfast was a buffet style and was very tasty. Lots to pick from. Only downside is parking at back of hotel is quite tight but plenty of parking on the front and this was free.

  Breakfast was not included even though the advert gave the impression it was. The receptionist agreed that there was no room only rate or a notice saying that breakfast was not included. This only came once I had paid. Refunds were not permitted. The receptionist refused a remedy despite agreeing that it was erroneous.
