Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Bon-Ami is in a fantastic location, just over the road, overlooking Lowestofts sandy beach. Had no trouble parking, space on main road & car park nearby if necessary. Bon-Ami is room only but 'The thatch' is open daily for food. There was a minor mix up with the room, but Anil was helpful, which didn t have any affect on our stay. Room was clean, a good size, bed was comfy. Room is self check in and information regarding check in/out is clear. Lovely 2 day stay seeing family & being in my town of birth. Would stay again.

  No major issues for us. There wasn t a hairdryer in our room but I had mine with me. May be beneficial getting a blackout blind . Sunrise is lovely but if you're a light sleeper in summer its bright just after 4am.

  We had a fantastic stay at Westbury Cross House B& B. The room was amazing and our children loved their beds! The couple who owned the B&B were very friendly and welcoming and really lovely, the room and breakfast area was very clean and tidy and the whole experience was just lovely! We would definitely go back.

  Lovely Pod-style accommodation, The Hot tub was so nice, and the location too, the bed was very comfortable. easy to get to with the directions provided, nice and cosy. the pod was nice and clean. There are two dogs at the property and didn't bother us they are well behaved

  Shower door is broken and hard to close, blind on the front door is damaged, Chairs in the room are also damaged. while sitting in the hot tub I was very concerned that I could see a camera facing in the direction of the pod (if I can see the camera I am sure I was in sight of it too), the camera is attached to one of the buildings ( the smaller house)
