A fabulous location and really lovely friendly staff. We stayed across the road in a one bedroom apartment- it was clean and provided everything needed. The breakfast was basic but adequate to start the day.

The landlady complained to us that booking.com had not paid her and ask me for my credit card details that I had used to pay for the holiday,we explained to her that we paid in advance and we were made to feel as if we were lying. She asked me for the details of the card which I gave to her and suddenly realised what I had done so I froze my card.10 minutes later she tried to take the payment from my card and again she tried 24 hours later. So glad I froze my card. Even though I showed her my receipt, she still didn't believe me. Be aware .

The main hallway to the stairs was barricaded with a shopping trolley a bike and a metal pole was a complete fire hazard and no staff to be seen . There was also a vile stench of drugs and the place hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time . We videoed it and walked straight out as I had 2 young kids with me was a absaloutle nightmare .
