We stayed last night as we were there for a night out its right by the train station and some good bars the hotel was spotless and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a window with no room beds were comfortable shower and toilet were clean. There were vending machines available in reception for drinks and snacks. I would stay again

Nothing everything was great

A wedding reception seemed to be in full swing, but this not interfere with our stay at all. Both were kept separate and we were able to enjoy a well earned rest in preparation for our next easy start.

There was nothing I would change. The hotel did everything is claimed and more.

The view and the spa facilities, the food in the restaurant during dinner and the views!

The spa massages are overpriced one hour for 130 and you only get a back of your body , foot and head massage, not the full front of feet , leg and hands. It was good massage but it’s more of a relaxing one than a deep tissue type so just be aware of that. Rooms could do with an interior update in my opinion- I didn’t feel the decor was in tune with the hotel vibes for some reason - like the curtains and just finer details - but the views from the room are amazing.

Very tired hotel On arrival in the FAMILY ROOM a bottle of ADULT sexual lubricant placed just under the bed, in sight of my partners autistic daughter as she entered the room! Pool area was filthy and very dark and dingy. Changing area is dirty and the lockers in poor condition You are given a 2” brass padlock to lock your belongings away. Some areas were tiling had fallen off is particularly covered by pieces of stainless steel and mastic to try cover. Requested housekeeping three times explained that we planned to go out early evening and housekeeping arrived as we were showering and changing! Housekeeping was eventually done late afternoon once we had left the room early evening. On both mornings I made my partner a pot of tea, pot and tea available. I couldn’t see any jugs that could be used to add milk to pour the milk to the cup of tea once poured. I explained to one of the F&B staff what I needed and could he sort? He picked up a mug and started to put milk into the mug! I asked him how do I pour milk from a mug into another mug without making a mess? I explained again the need for a milk jug. One was eventually found on day one. Day two I asked the same F&B staff member could he please go and find the elusive milk jug again, of which he sourced. No lessons learned from the previous day obviously.
