      The entrance and drive up to the hotel really had the Wow factor and set the tone for our stay. The staff in reception (Alla), the bar and the restaurant (Joanne and Romi) were wonderful. Friendly and very helpful. We felt very welcomed, even though they were exceptionally busy. The 3 course buffet offered in the restaurant on a Tuesday night was an unexpected pleasure. Food was basic but well cooked and tasty. Good value for money. We didn't have the breakfast as we were leaving early.

      Our room (277) was very 'brown', and cluttered with far too much furniture for an overnight stay. Adequate but needed some Alex Politzi magic! The bed was comfortable although the duvet could have been wider, to stop the duvet war in the night. The electrics were a bit of a puzzle as the plugs are all in random places. I would suggest this needs sorting. Bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Needs updating though. Saying all this,.we had a good night sleep and really enjoyed our stay. Lovely TV.

      I often stay here for work, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable enough for my taste. I usually get a good price and the value for money is great for the location and parking is good. Staff are always friendly.

      The stairs and hall are are looking a bit tired but that didn't affect the quality of my stay.

      The property was well located for our needs. It was clean and fairly comfortable. There was a small kitchen if needed. The communication was good before arrival.

      It didn’t feel very safe. The door could be locked but there was no chain for added security. There was no shampoo, shower gel or hairdryer.
