When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Perfectly situated in Leeds City Centre, really clean and convenient. It had everything we needed in it, and everyone found the beds very comfortable. Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone travelling in groups up to 4.

Could be a nice apartment if it were maintained and cleaned properly - luckily we didn't spend much time there. It was quiet and in a nice area. The shower in the main bedroom was nice.

Host was 40mins late to meet us at the agreed time/point, calls and messages were ignored during this time- we thought we had been scammed. Finally taken to the apartment with no real apology, and where quickly shown around and left. First inspection found a dead bird on the balcony and cockroaches living in the dishwasher - messaged to tell them and they did get back quickly to sort the dead bird, but the cockroaches were a feature for the whole stay. Duvet in the main bedroom had dodgy white stains on it AND the bed collapsed - luckily there was another in there. Generally in big need of a good clean and tidy up (and some maintenance - handles hanging off, fag butts in the balcony planters, and lots of bird cr@p on the balcony) - it definitely wasn't the apartment shown in the photos - no 'Landmark Views' (unless the apartment block opposite is a landmark). We are not generally complainers but expected more from an apartment that cost nearly £1000 for 3 nights

the room was a bit too small, I had to move the table around the room to get around with the double bed. the window was slightly ajar all the time, seems like hinge was broken. Signs that the internal door to my room was broken, but luckily was safe in the room.

Location very central.

There is a carpark beside the hotel but you can't use it. Unfortunately there is a carpark, not connected to the hotel, on the other side of a dual carriageway. In addition, you have to pay for this. The hotel has negotiated a small discount for clients. The directions from the hotel reception desk were less than helpful.
