      Very friendly welcome, we also arrived early and was able to check in before 4. Breakfast in the morning was really filling and nice.. Close to Dornoch-lovely beach & we bar we found there too eat at.

      Bed uncomfortable very springy. Bedroom could have been cleaned better- move the furniture to hoover behind- so much dust.

      A real nice place. Clean and cozy. 5 Mins walk to the nearest underground station, 10 mins walk to the Paddington Station. There is a big supermarket nearby. Very convenient!!

      The community is a bit noisy during the whole night. The living place is on the 3rd floor and no left there, so if you have many luggages, you need to carry them by yourself. LOL.

      Travelling without internet access made the online access tricky.Our first experience of a totally online booking system..thankful for the room service lady on-site when we arrived who was excellent . Parking problematic at certain times.of the day

      Stuff was not as expected Too many mistakes They send me to Room where there is someone inside the room. And they not apologise for that They deal with us as we are staying for free not customer who paid for Room The Room service never pick up the phone even reception not replying to my call It was very bad experience with millennium group I was respect millennium group but after this trip I think I will never stay in any millennium hotels and I will advise My friends and family and everyone in my life to avoid staying I.       The fact the lift wasn’t working was a nightmare for us! Yes we got notified 2 weeks before the lift wasn’t work but I thought that by the time we got there, it would be fixed(plenty of time) . That wasn’t the case. First of all there was no out of order sign on the lift so when you first walked into the hotel your stood there waiting for a lift that’s never coming as it’s broke. Then I get put on the top floor- 6 flights of stairs with a 2 year old and a buggy! Absolutely joke. Surely they could see with my booking that I had a child and to allocate me a room on the first floor. We wasn’t the only family put on the top floor with babies! Surely it’s common sense! Clearly not with this hotel. Not as if they was any staff afford to help people worn carrying luggage anyway!
