We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Fantastic apartment with top appliances and 3 full-sized toilets. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home. The host was very kind and patient - ensured checked-in ok after a very late flight. Bottled drinking water was also provided. I must mention that this home has really amazing sea views - unforgettable sunset experience in the living room. There are lots to offer from the TV entertainment system with plenty streaming options.

  Location was good, very accessible to the city centre, self check-in/check-out was very easy, room was a decent size. Style of the building is about as Georgian as it gets, which was nice. The bathroom and shower were nice, and there was a good view peeking out through the skylight. The mini-fridge was a welcome addition.

  The bed was two single mattresses pushed together, very difficult to sleep in as a couple, woke up in between the mattresses more than once. Wallpaper started peeling, revealing mold beneath. Furniture in the room looked old, chipped paint, misaligned drawers, etc. Signs for a café on the basement level throughout the building, open daily from around 8 a.m. til 2 p.m. but whenever we tried going down there, all the lights were off, with no one in there.

  The restaurant breakfast was disappointing, we ordered eggs Benedict that was full of corned ham & the sauce was not what you would expect; very watery & strong flavour of vinegar.. Some of the staff seemed to be confused about serving breakfast in the order that we requested courses to be served; we thought we were in an episode t.v. series of "Faulty Towers" I would like to add, the young wait staff were our only link to normality & good at their job.
