Stayed here a few years ago and has been refurbished since, updated rooms, bar and restaurant. The interior designers just perfect. Room with sea view is a great size and comfortable always feel very at home here. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Love that it’s adult only, a place to really relax and unwind.

Beautiful decor. We booked before the re-vamp so we're delighted by the decor and furnishings. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The pub itself is also attractive with an extensive menu. The staff were all lovely.

The breakfast options won't suit everyone. There is a continental option which consists of cereal, cereal bars, baked goods, provided the night before. We opted for a hot sandwich at the cafe next door but it would have been nice to have a fresh continental option or hot option within the pub restaurant.

Communication with the host (not upon booking, but starting the day before arrival) and the location (easy to get to from downtown) were the only positive things about the property.

To start with, the apartment was anything but cosy. Two double beds were in the living room, so there were no couches or chairs. The only place to sit was the kitchen table. The TV in the living room was on the floor and neither the TV there or in the bedroom worked. The kitchen was horribly stocked, and the towel was not washed. It was hard and crunchy and smelled horrible. The carpets were stained and had crumbs on them. The bathroom was terrible: the floor looked damage and the flooring was all crinkled and coming up. The shower head wasn't even up on the wall, you had to hold it to shower. There was no seating except for the table chairs. There was no info on the wifi posted so we had to contact the host, who responded quickly with 4 texts and 5 pictures on how to access. Once we had access, it was poor and kept kicking us off. We were horribly disappointed with this place and felt it was not up to being a rental property.
