It’s such a quaint little place that oozes charm and history. Obviously has the historical front pub but a more modern add on for the accommodation. The beds are comfy, the shower is incredible, the meals are great. We’ve stayed here twice now, once out of necessity (due to its closeness to Hillingdon Hospital), and this time out of choice. It’s close to Heathrow, and a ten minute Uber ride from the tube. It’s a fraction of the price of inner city London hotels and only a 45 minute underground ride from the touristy places. We are booked in again on our return to London before we fly back to Australia.

Front desk staff were lovely. Good suggestions for places to go and how to get there. Always helpful. Always friendly. Comfortable room. Small, as advertised, but enough space for me and my mum to be comfortable. GREAT location!

Google directions took us to the back lane, not the entrance! Restaurant on site is too expensive.

It’s in a great location in Cheltenham, has a lovely bar. We had a suite which we have stayed in before, worth the extra money. Breakfast was superb.

Parking could have been a bit better there was a meeting on and the spaces to the front of the hotel were taken by most of them.

It’s a 2 bed room flat as decided, stocked kitchen and TV had Netflix and other streaming services.

Parking was not at the property. The free Parking is across the Road at the Calthorpe Rd (infront of Just move office) public parking. I ended up parking in a paid secured car park. Also the mat in the bathroom was slippery, my 9 year old fell down!

The location was good. Off street parking was good for us.

The manager made an error with our booking which required us to relocate to a nearby B&B. He arranged this for us and we paid no more. We thought the room was a bit too small for our group which consisted of a couple and another adult.
