The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The room was small but still had everything needed for a little 2 night stay so it was ideal for me and my partner. Just a little TV, double bed, desk and private bathroom. And the shower was relatively big for a little bathroom, so I was pleased with that. Loved that they had tea/coffee/hot chocolate available for the guest to help themselves to have in the kitchen that was accessible to everyone. The staff was kind and friendly to us and walked us to our room.

The only thing is that some of the hooks for us to hang our bags/jackets on were missing, so we couldn't hang everything we had up, but that wasn't much of an issue. But other than that, I everything else was fine.

What a find! This was perfect for someone like me who isn't quite cut out for camping 😂 but wants to enjoy the outdoors. I wish I could have stayed longer, but will definitely be back. The hot tub after a long afternoon's walk was heavenly, especially watching the sun set. The bed was super comfortable and Alan was such a welcoming host.

The facilities, and staff were excellent . It can be difficult working with so many different types of customer as me and my partner know from visiting many hotels and b&b’s across the country. But all weee polite , professional and attentive. The location superb ,

The Dune restaurant didn’t match the high standards of the rest of the hotel ., the stay was 4 star the restaurant in the dune restaurant a low 3star , food was basic but very highly priced …. Feel they are trying too hard , the food was bland and order of how the food came out erratic , we did wait to point out the food was not as we would expect from an establishment trying for high standards , but no one came too check on us . We did note the disappointment ( food left from both myself and partner ) with our food when paying with the night duty manager Shaun. He apologised but did not give an indication of paying a joint agreed amount. We paid to not cause a seen but felt this was very poor customer service .

We loved our stay at the Haymarket! Great location—super convenient to public transit hub and very walkable to downtown neighborhoods. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options to suit our family’s tastes.

Could have been cleaner. I went down the stairs to grab a pint. I could not get one because I closes 22.30 and i went down at 22.15. The staff at the pub itself seemed not so happy. Byt the breakfast lady was very lovely.

Cant think of anything I liked about it

Low standard of finish throughout , more like a youth hostel but at hotel prices , everywhere was full of clutter , the whole place could do with a good deep clean.
