Marvellous place, it really felt like being home, there was everything we could have needed for our stay (dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, iron, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, hair dryer, coffee machine, even a garlic crusher :) ) . The position was also very good, right in front of a bus stop.The apartment had double doors in order to enter in the apartment itself, it made it more protected. Well maintained from the ouside and the inside. Prompt and very clear instructions received to check-in. Nice view from the main window; the spaces were distributed in a very nice way, it was possible to play with our child while my husband was having a work call in the living room.

I would add a coat rack on the door in the entrance, and I would put smaller bed in the bedroom (it was difficult to arrange the bed, it was too tight to the walls)

We enjoyed a very good evening meal. Slept well in comfortable bed, then ate a very good breakfast. Convenient hotel to stay after our meeting in Brighton and for our planned visit to a national trust house and gardens the next morning before travelling back home.

The location was very easy to get to, no hassle finding it and I would definitely stay again! It was a very quiet, hidden hotel and I loved that because I had the chance to relax with my partner without the worry of the noisy traffic outside! Highly recommend

Needed a bed for the night. This did the trick. Close to what I needed so the location and price was what I was looking for. Just across from Westfield mall so that is a big plus.

Room was quite small but the location was good. Had to carry my bags up to the 3rd floor as there was no elevator.

It was quiet, and not too difficult to find. It was close to the outskirts of Gloucester. There was not anything else positive to say about this establishment.

There was no one around to ask any questions. There was no breakfast facilities even though the website stated there was. We had a quarter mile walk to a terrible restaurant up the road who served what one could describe as slop under the guise as a roast dinner. Terrible - Terrible. The glasses were not clean, I had to ask for one twice. The property looked like it was closing down. Needed a lot of repair and decorating.
