The room is spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is good and close to the underground. There are restaurants and stores in the area. The staff is friendly.

The room has a big window to let the air in. It will be perfect if there is air-conditioning especially in summer time. The bed is a bit too soft for us, but acceptable.

The hotel needs re-painting and the carpet on the stairs needs replacing as it has ripped on two of the steps which can be a risk as someone could fall.

Despite calling earlier in the day to ensure restaurant was open late. When I arrived the restaurant had closed early. I asked for a bowl of fries at the bar, and was advised that the kitchen was closed. I stayed for a drink, and witnessed two others being delivered food. Asked again if I could order food, and again told kitchen was closed. When I pointed out others had food served, I was told they were part of a special booking. Terrible service, where obviously some guest are treated much better than others.
