The room was fairy quiet although it was ground floor and in front of restaurant. Also really clean as everybody mentioned. Although we were late to arrive (later than we told them ) the receptionist was very friendly which was good.

There were few things we have noticed. The shower with no door or curtain made bathroom into wet room. As toilet was in front of shower, after we took shower, we could't wear socks to go toilet. It could be better if curtains are blackout ones as we like sleep in dark room. We went to restaurant and the lady told us that it's pretty busy that night but we felt that they could serve drinks quicker at least. We had to sit uncleaned table for while and wait quite a while for drink and food.

Extremely close to Heaton Park, set back off the road.

The place is out dated, the old looking TV didn't work in the bedroom. There were empty cans of alcohol still in the bin from the people pervious. Took a while filling in the forms, and he mentioned a bond but I'd heard nothing about it so didn't pay. Shower broke but I fixed it.
