The property was fantastic staff always very helpful. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was extremely clean. Very close to walk to town or ferry. Parking on site was fantastic the best stay of our trip.

Lovely quiet location in beautiful little village, which is a great base for exploring the Cotswolds. The accommodation has everything you need, is very spacious and feels like a home away from home.

Very good and helpful, easy to get to train station but not to close to get noise. Nice restaurant adjoining.

The location was the only good thing. Room was clean enough. SOME of the staff were very nice.

Advertised to have free WiFi which lost CONNECTION half the time!!! Building was completely covered in scaffolds yet no discount offered. Room had no closet, no safe box, and had only 1 trash bin tucked into bathroom only. No place to eat in the room. Had only a very tiny rectangular table "desk" to set things down upon which meant you'd have to move all your things and eat at an undersized table in the corner if you wanted to eat and sit facing a depressing corner. Coffee cupboard drop down door should have been a table height to allow one to eat on it. Instead you had to stand to drink or eat (or use the inadequate table as described above) Windows opened only a crack by design. Cottage cheese painted walls. Extremely little water pressure in shower and sink. Shower water temperature would go up and down while taking a shower since the pipes probably need replacing. No phone room because they do not want to give any service. When calling for replenishment of the instant coffee, I was told I had to go down myself and pick up items needed which I had to do early AM in my pajamas while trying to rush for a day trip. Television was painfully slow to change channels which turned out to be a very limited and undesirable selection as it was mostly news. The hotel offers breakfast which many reviews say is overpriced and is only cold items. As there was a "stylish" bar in the description I might have assumed there could be a few cooked bar food items if drinking at their bar... but no, they clearly don't want to cook in this place.

My room was nicer than expected and the location is good. Easy access too.

The stairs are like any other budget hotel in Brighton. Bathroom was flooded when arrived but functional.
