  Excellent property. Clean, neat and very tidy. Had everything you need in a rental property for a short or long term stay. The hosts were very responsive to messages and clear and concise instructions on how to enter the place. Lovely apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Holiday Inn Express express is always a great place to stay no matter what city you're visiting. The staff are always super-helpful, it's always clean, and the breakfast is great. Location was great - 10 minutes walk to the O2

  As a family we always struggle with the comfort of the sofa beds at Holiday Inn Express hotels. The mattress is terrible and offers no support at all. The kids always sleep terribly. Somehow the end of the bed always feels like there is no mattress there. Please sort this across your hotels holiday in express!!!

  The decor is stressful and cluttered. On arrival at the 3pm check in there was no one at the front desk and this was generally the case throughout our stay, except for check out. The food for dinner and in the bar is very stodgy and limited children’s menu even though I have let them know in advance that my daughter had food intolerances. The service is slow and plates are left for a while before clearing. Breakfast seemed under staffed and no one greeted you with ‘good morning’ etc. there was a fete on so no parking as they do not restrict parking to residence only. They were kind enough to offer a free drink at the bar due to the lack of parking and discounted our bill to account for the lack of food options for my daughter. Beautiful location and facilities, just a shame about the staff and food.

  Shower… mixer tap from bath which just could not get an acceptable temperature. Tea, coffee , sugar etc was not replaced when room was cleaned
