  A spacious 2 bed flat on the second floor ( stairs only!) . All modern features including a lovely bright living room with separate dining room table and chairs to eat your meals at. A spacious family bathroom and master bedroom with en suite . The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to ensure you can cook at ease including utensils to cook with. The location is in a great place opposite hawkhead station ( literally!) which takes you directly to Glasgow central and then on to different areas of the city . So commuting was no trouble at all. The buses are just down the road so not short on choice of public transport if you don't drive. We really enjoyed watching the trains go past us while eating . 10/10 experience from us .

  A warm welcome. I arrived in pouring rain on my bike, but Val didn’t bat an eyelid even as I dripped rainwater onto her hallway rug! Paul whisked my bike away to their shed - and brought it out for me again the next morning. My room was beautiful - with the best pillows! I slept like a log. Breakfast was excellent - my hot food choice was restaurant quality.

  lovely location and public areas . Convenient for M5. Free car parking. Freestanding room fan, otherwise it would have been too hot ( and this was an early summer mildly warm day ) Clean bedding.

  Scruffy unnatractively presented room in a beautiful old building. South facing with inadequate filthy blind at the window. Hard bed and stiff heavy duvet. Few and inconveniently sockets. Odd smell…. If I didn’t know it was non smoking I’d have thought was. Cashless cafe so unable to eat or drink as had lost my purse and cards and only had cash.
