Great little apartment in a fabulous location, right opposite the pier. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and a couple of things we would not have expected in a self catering apartment, like tea, coffee, milk sachets and biscuits. Entry was via keycode on the front door and keybox for the room, which was ideal for us. There were contact details provided should we have had any issues and communication was good throughout the booking process and our stay. Free parking spaces on the side roads nearby were easy to find and only a short walk around the corner to the apartments.

Room a little small but fab, location is superb and near friends and family, the breakfast was everything we needed. The nature of the Sonder model helps improve guest confidence whilst the cleaning option is available but need not be overused, leading to some focus on sustainability.

Good for a night only stop. Very good location, the hostel has good facilities and a lovely modern, industrial looking. I was in a female only dorm and was pleasant and clean , furniture and bed in pods are modern and provide good privacy. Linen basic and clean

Shared toilet and bathroom not very clean, it was a Saturday night and shared toilets were a mess, There was poo on the floor. I think the frequency of toilet and bathroom cleaning should be increased especially over weekend nights.

Stunning building, fantastic location for Chester and great hosts. Can't thank you enough. They had cards and games and a fantastic dining table which worked well as a card table. The kitchen is great and you thought of everything and more. Thank you

I personally like a power shower but can't suit all parties and a separate loo would have been nice as 4 ladies trying to get ready all at once! Lol. The 2nd bedroom is quite small for 2 people but we managed and was cosy.

The room was small, the bed was very small, the bathroom was more like a closet. the bedroom and the bathroom were dirty,poorly decorated and way past their sell date. The whole hotel was in need of repair, redecoration and new flooring and curtains. It was old uncared for and expensive .£160 per night for a small unclean room is not good value for money. before we left the area we found another hotel, new, clean and 2/3rds of the price. Our stay was appalling
