The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Jayne and I have stayed in many great places over the last couple of years, but after our recent stay, The Draen B&B is our favourite. The location is beautiful, the room was fantastic and we even had our own personal sitting room. Sue (our host) was friendly and she helped to make our stay as close to perfect as it could possibly be.

We were sad to go!

Great Room, 219, although looking out onto Portland St it was so quiet during the night, hotel corridor also very quiet. Bathroom was great with nice quality towels and fab shower and toiletries. 12 noon check out too which was an added bonus

We couldn't find the TV remote but didn't ask as it wasn't really needed

Beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated flat in the centre of town. Beautiful view over the Roman Baths and my mum loved people watching while having her morning coffee or waiting for us to get ready. Nicely equiped kitchen and bathroom too.

No complaints. Only the water part of the coffee machine was leaking.

Breakfast was OK and buffet arrangement convenient for our early flight. Facilities overall good and what you would expect for room rate
Negative section of review
The £4 charge for drop-off parking was trully excessive (and stuck in the craw) given the significant rate we had already paid for an overnight stay

Nice new kitchen, very clean, quiet, very comfortable beds and bedding. Good value.

These aren’t complaints but things I would improve: The windows were a little difficult to open/couldn’t open just a little. Could have used a second fan in the second bedroom closet. The furniture in the garden was pretty rickety and old. Would be good to provide suggestions a for alternative parking- Parking was more difficult to find than described, even in May. Not close enough to town to walk with small kids or older people so the parking was a little more of a problem than anticipated.

I left a book in the room and realised when I got hone...called the hotel who "can't find it". It was the only place it could have been. My fault though...
