  Location is perfect. The owner is very responsive to my messages. The owner is also very kind enough to accept our request to drop off our luggages before check in time as our transport was expected to arrive early. But in the end, we were stuck in traffic and arrived at 3pm. The apartment was central to where we intended to go around. There are cafes and shops within walking distance so you’ll never go hungry if u need a bite.

  There was another apartment being refurbished and the builders don’t clean the stairs after work time. So it’s always messy going to the apartment. They do start their work around 8am which is legal in UK so the banging can be heard but it didn’t bother us. We know work is ongoing at the next apartment. I’m sure when it’s done, everything will be better near the stairs.

  Everything you need for a really peaceful relaxing break. Didn't see anyone the whole time apart from takeaway delivery guy. Animals close to you who pop head over fence occasionally but are no bother, nice to watch when sat in hot tub. Hot tub was fired up ready for our arrival which was brilliant.

  Couldn't find wi-fi code, guess there is WiFi as router in place. Mattress wasn't the comfiest but slept OK. Tide line around top of hot hut which would easily come off as we tried a section when emptied it.

  Very well presented, had everything we needed. The play park was great, the kids were outside most of the time! It was in a great location and central to most things we planned each day. The views were stunning!

  The staff in general were very good and helpful, the manager was great when we had a slight problem. The breakfast was excellent and the waiter was 1st class

  We were allocated our room which was rear of the hotel but were of the understanding our room it would be city facing, we were moved to a city facing room. The beds were not made up properly and the sheets were creased, the toilet seat was broken and the sink was partially blocked
