Loved the location, the comfort, the food in the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff, I genuinely think everything was great. Price is in line with the rest of inveraray, I'd say, and every element of the service was quality in our experience. It's really prominent and easy to find if you are approaching inveraray from the south. We'd definitely recommend and would stay again.

Lovely stylish hotel. Staff were lovely and the bar is open till 2 (24 hours for soft drinks). We booked last minute after our other accommodation turned out to be a scam and it was great value for the money we paid. Very good location!

I didn't receive instructions on how to enter until right before our stay. Since we were on the road we didn't see it and had no idea that it wasn't a staffed facility and that we had to be there at a specific time. We panicked a little until someone called me back and instructed me on which lock box and combination to use. There could have been more advanced communication. Also, we knew parking was in the Charlotte Street car park, but we weren't sure if we could have dropped off our luggage with one of us while the other parked the car, but turns out we could have. Instead, we both went to the car park and rolled our carry on bags over cobblestones for several blocks.
