  Central location. Lovely layout - bedroom at the rear of property, living/dining to the front. Modern decor, comfortable seating for relaxing and dining. All the kitchen equipment necessary, including fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Easy to work heating, good bedding and towels.

  Sofabed was not very comfortable. Some bulbs were missing. TV remote was temperament and tv reception was not great.

  Great staff, good location, nothing to complain about in the room. For the price, in the middle of london it's great. Comfortable, plenty of towels, easy check in and out. It does what it says on the tin. Having run a hostel myself for ten years, I wish I'd kept it this simple. 😅

  Close to shops/restaurants/bars etc. Friendly member of staff helped us with our bags upon arrival. OK room size with some good facilities.

  Under new ownership. Member of staff friendly, however hard to communicate as English was not his first language. Bar downstairs is not open. Breakfast only available next door at an extra cost which we did not purchase. Room was an OK size but not very clean (bedding smelly, shower mucky, dirty kettle). Some good facilities included e.g. TV, mini fridge and ironing board but some key things missing such as caffeinated coffee, milk or a teaspoon. Room only had very thin blinds, which did not keep the sun out at all, so we were all awake from the early hours.
