      Lovely welcome from Pauline and John, they offered suggestions of places to get an evening meal. The room was beautiful and had the best bed ever we have ever slept in! It was huge, very very comfortable, had a lovely mattress toper, and beautiful fresh white linen. It was perfect. We slept with the curtains and windows open, and enjoyed the garden view and early morning birdsong whilst enjoying a cuppa from the well stocked tray. Breakfast was exceptional. Pauline and John offered coffee/tea as soon as we sat down and engaged in warm, two way conversation. We had a selection of cereals to choose from, beautiful fresh fruit and yoghurt, which we really enjoyed followed by a cooked breakfast of choice, and toast. There was enough to set us up for the day!

      There wasn't anything we didn’t like, we wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights we had booked.

      Our room was so beautifully designed and the views were breathtaking. We were so comfortable and had a good rest. The breakfast was amazing - one of the best fry ups we've had! We wish we had stayed another night. We hope we can come back and stay here again in the future. Thanks to Paul and Anita for the warm hospitality.

      Room was spotlessly clean and very well presented. Bed and sofa were SO comfortable. Hotel restaurant was excellent - food was delicious and free bottle of house wine went down very nicely! Shower was lovely with excellent water pressure - you can't beat a good mixer shower.

      Just little things - there was only small bar soap in bathroom, no liquid hand soap, and the room got very warm especially first thing in the morning, but opening the balcony door to let in fresh air soon sorted that!
