Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  There was nothing that we didnt like - the hosts went above and beyond to make our short time there an extremely pleasant one. Mark and Lisa are so welcoming that it feels like you’ve been there many times before. The garden is idyllic in every way, with the views from the bedrooms overlooking the quaintness of the area. Everything was finished to a really high quality standard with filter coffee and fresh milk available ion arrival. The shower was specifically a high point, and our breakfast in the morning was delicious. The hosts also recommended some great local sights to see which was very helpful. We’d love to be back again!

  Location is perfect when coming with car - just off A14 and avoiding the town traffic. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. The room was nothing special but clean, bright and we found everything we needed. The breakfast was as you would imaging -tasty and fulfilling. Dinner was nice and tasty.

  I was travelling alone for work and the hosts made me very welcome and were very attentive I had some suggestions to improve things and they implemented them straight away, all sorted before my second night and were very open to hearing what I had to say. They really care and went above and beyond

  The location was local to work. Netflix was available to use.

  All the beds were broken. My friend slept on the floor because how uncomfortable the bed was. There was not any toilet roll, had to buy them ourselves. The handle for the bedroom window was mouldy. Stains were on the wall. The shower was cold when turning on the hot temperature. Struggled to get into apartment and wasn’t given the right amount of details needed to get into the place.
