We stayed in the Wood cabin, and it was comfortable, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet and equipped with everything you could possibly need to be self-sufficient. Sandra and David were wonderful hosts and were on hand to provide and assistance, a fabulous breakfast each morning and to start the day with a laugh (thank you David). No problems with parking, which is very secure and it's a good location to catch the steam train from Pickering to Whitby.

Nothing we didn't like.

We stayed here as we were running the marathon, having the kitchenette made it so much easier for us to make our pre run meals. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious, hotel was very quiet, with no disturbances from other guests, location for train station, shops restaurants and entertainment (st.james quater) was great

Due to location, it can be noisy at night with the windows open ......but that's the price you pay for a busy city centre location

As we had hired a car, the house was conveniently situated for access to the city centre and the motorway. The house was very comfortable and extremely clean and well maintained. The key lock box made it convenient to both collect and drop-off the house key.

Fantastic correspondence. Very quick when replying to any messages. The property was immaculate, the facilities outstanding, (especially the breakfast facilities, thats a nice touch Sarah). Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay !!

Absolutely nothing NOT to like 😃 (Only minor suggestion would be the option of extra pillows !!).

It would have been good to have a coffee maker in the kitchen. Had to go down to reception area for coffees. Towelling robes would also have been good. Parking was expensive but it’s the same everywhere in Leeds.

Room size small. Location is too far from the city Llanberies- snowdonia , Llandudno.

Good breakfast but a bit expensive. Bedding and towels were clean.

The room had very little light, furniture that had chunks missing from it, dangerous raised strips of wood which were wobbly between the different edges of flooring, lights that didn’t work, it smelled so bad (like dirty dishcloths) that we had to go get some frebreeze.

The breakfast was fine! The interior was cool

The shower was cold the first 15 min, and did not have a lot of pressure, so I didn't have time to shower after my boyfriend. The curtains don't cover enough, we had light in our room the whole night from the bar at the eight floor. The nespresso machine leaked water. My expectations were high, because I looked on TripAdvisor but because of that I was a little bit disappointed.
