It was well located, very atmospheric, cosy, welcoming, with lots to look at. Food was good, the staff were really pleasant and the room very clean and comfortable. Ideal place to stay when visiting the area. Breakfast was spot on.

Nothing particular, it was great. If I’m being picky the only slight niggle was the shower screen didn’t entirely prevent water getting onto the bathroom floor.

Simple room which is great for the price. Located just a stones throw away from the main centre of Cardiff, was here for a concert and this hotel was perfectly close to every restaurant/cafe/bar. Bed and room were comfy.

Window in the room was facing the carpark outside, the window itself didn't seem to close properly so any noise from outside was hard to keep out. Woke up early both mornings as there was loud traffic outside in the carpark

The room itself is comfortable and really very warm. The beds are fine albeit a little too hard.

The shower and bathroom area was tiny with stains and markings all over the place. The walls are paper thin, we could often hear other guests talk. The price is ridiculously steep for what's provided.

Broken shower facilities and host was not responsive regarding the broken shower door that was reported. Check-in information and location were only provided an hour before the check in time and again host was not responsive and good at communicating the info. The flat was also extremely stuffy.
