Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Good location, range of facilities was excellent, the pool was clean and so were the changing rooms. Food was really good and staff very friendly. Bar was clean and lovely atmosphere. Pool staff were really helpful and friendly.

  Room was okay. Had a hole in the wall behind a cabinet, chunk of plaster missing above headboard. Tea splashes and stains on wall and skirting boards were dusty and dirty. Front desk staff gave no information on facilities, they just handed us the key and pointed to the direction of the room.

  The room has an awful smell that didn’t disappear with open windows. There were no vacant rooms when I asked to change room (I’ve never asked that of a hotel before). Woke up with a headache Two lights were out in the bathroom. Small details that I wouldn’t expect of this standard hotel. There was a wedding party and I could hear music late as I went to bed Spent some minutes after I had gone to bed to get up again and work out how to turn off the lights Breakfast was average / less than average. Certainly not what I expected. The gym is a small soulless room Didn’t go to the pool as I went by and could hear kids screaming. There are times when kids are not allowed though. Twice I had to go to reception for a new room key as I couldn’t get in my room
