Bed was comfy, clean room, I had to go twice to the reception to ask for the room temperature to be set...it was cold. The tab we were to use to set the room temperature was not working. No cup or bottle to use room drink water...and for the standard of the hotel I was expecting at least a kettle and coffee sachets.

the Staff were excellent and the room was good, there was not heating controls in the room so had to take a heater in. I carry one everywhere just in case. Service was good and the staff could not have been more helpful.

The breakfast was of a reasonable quality but looked to have been put out under the lamps for a prolonged time prior to service. some of the food was dried, it took a prolonged time to receive poached eggs requested on entry to the restaurant. I had the Cheese burger one evening, this was probably the worst burger I have had. the first one was burnt so I requested another one, this came inside a minute so am presuming that these are all precooked which I was not expecting from a hotel of this standard.

Perfect location if you have an early flight. Bus leaves you right in front of the hotel. Reception was really nice as she let us in 40 earlier than checkin. It was great after a long flight.

Probably could do with a bit more table ware. When cooking there is no spare plates to put things onto while serving up. Could do with a few more glasses. Only 2 wine glasses with the only other glasses being pint pots. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have a couple normal drinking glasses.
