Everything you could need on a budget. 24/7 bar was an unexpected treat. Staff were incredible from the check in/out staff, to the cleaners, to the breakfast & bar staff. Bed was super comfortable, plus electronic blinds & lights control was great.

Just a couple more hot food options for breakfast would've been fab and the room itself was just a little bit dirty. Bathroom perfect, more so around the bed and down the side of the desk in king room.

Nice clean apartment. Smooth access procedure. Shops nearby and about 10 to 15 mins walk to tube station. Ideal for what we needed for a one night stay and would use again. Very quiet apartment, you couldn't hear outside with windows closed.

No curtains in the lounge so very bright if sleeping on sofa bed. Smaller bedroom gets very hot so was a little uncomfortable. I would replace bath mat to a non slip one as it was very slippery on the bathroom floor. A hair dryer would be a bonus as it has the rest of the amenities.

Dryer was a bonus. Heaters were well functioning. The house was comfortable. The environment was very nice. We spotted rabbits in the morning.

Water heater was not functioning in the bathroom throughout my stay for two nights. On the first night, the male host gave me a small pot to boil water for bathing. After taking a bath, my wife, daughter and I turned in at 6am. I left a message at the front of the door to tell the host that we were very tired and please come back after 12pm. The next day, the female host barged into the house at 8am and insisted on checking the water heater. She did not manage to fix the water heater and said that nobody would visit the house to fix it until we check-out. I asked her to give me a big bucket so that I can use it for our baths that night. She said that she did not have a bucket and did not want to get me one from town. Truly heartless people.

Rang the hotel eight times before arriving with no answer, despite being on the phone for up to 10 mins. Phone answered after waiting 17 minutes, no answerphone, no messages...very poor. Full English breakfast is priced at £24 but you have to pay an extra £5 for eggs royale, eggs benedict, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon or avocado, which I find unacceptable.
