If you are staying on Golebia street you check in at the main reception and from there it is a 5 minute walk thru the square to the accommodation. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and I would highly recommend it . You do need to go up a flight of stone stairs so if you have mobility issues then this is not for you .”

- “I had a wonderfull small holiday at Mandarin. It was a first experience for us at this hotel group and for sure we will try the Mandarin in other cities from now on. We had a deluxe premier room and it was very spacious, very clean, large bathroom. I appreciated the treats we received when we entered the room (fruits and candies), a personalized hand-written note, the butler’s 24h service, the sound system, the beach/pool bag… We asked for a specific higher-floor room with view towards the Icon Siam Mall and we received just that! It felt that we were trully taken care of! The pool was a good retreat after visiting the city with a perfect blend of private and nature. The ice-cream “on the house” offered at noon was a cool bonus. We could use the facilities and pool untill afternoon when we left for the airport and it was a great rest before the flight. We rented a car with deuver for Ayutthaya and it was great. The driver Kid always offered us cooling cold napkins with great smell when we finished visiting temples. He was a good guide and we had the most one could do in this 7 hour tour. Breakfast is delicious and with a variety of foods. Omlette was delicious! The boat to cross to the mall is a big plus! … and it is very nice to just take a ride. Loved everything!”

  This wonderful hotel was located a 4 minute walk from Oxford Road Station, perfectly situated for all the facilities and just a few minutes walk from St Peter's Square and the tram network. I visited with my son ahead of going to a concert. We loved how clean, comfortable, and pristine the room and the hotel facilities were. Such a brilliant find and exceptional good value for money. The checking in and out facilities were a breeze. We will definitely come back to this lovely hotel.

  Lovely big room which had 2 double beds a sofa ,chair and desk and chair still plenty of room .. clean comfy beds looked new not a mark on them..lovely big bathroom with bath also over bath shower which was immaculate .staff helpful and friendly..Close to centre ..Great value at only £81 for 2 nights ..I was pleasantly surprised..hotel is still getting refurbished but did not effect our stay at all

  No parking ..but parking not too far away was £22 for 48hrs ..considering price of room not to bad .some marks on carpet which I think due to bathroom just been done.

  Lovely location with good local pub that sold hand pulled ale. Very comfortable and the upside down on the property made the very best use of the space. Lovely view from the lounge window over the the stream. Everything was catered for including a washer dryer. Hosts who live next door were also very friendly. Walks straight from the door. Close to all amenities. We will return.

  Nothing too relevant, although it has an outside seating area I missed having a garden but knew that when I booked. It would of been nice to have a walk in shower as opposed to one in the bath. That said the shower was excellent and once In didn’t want to get out! It was just the climbing in and out which was the problem. It would also have been good to have access to a smart TV as was unable to access our Netflix account.

  The staff are all lovely, chatty & polite, the decor is outdated but comforting & gives the hotel charm. Breakfast is lovely, location is great...just a few minutes walk to the beach. 100% recommend.

  Few minor issues - plugs not working, windows a little bangy in the breeze, sink tap a bit slow but nothing major at all.

  Views were beautiful from the terrace area. The food was amazing, and not badly priced. Beds are so comfy (when I finally got to use it that is).

  My friend fell asleep before me in the room and I couldn't get in, went to reception and explained but his master key didn't work to get me in so had to sit awake in the reception area all night (7 hours to be exact!) So must say it did sort of ruin the whole weekend as I was obviously tired!.

  Susages in breakfast was tasteless no flavour what so ever, if you have to pay for the breakfast on the day then it is price at £18.50 not worth paying but we choose the breakfast at the at time we booked thus at cheap rate.
