No staff on site, therefore no-one to resolve problems. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to appear to admit me to the premises. Permanent strong smell of stale cigarette smoke - I had to buy some air-freshener. Torn fabric on stairs and chair. Apart from the tea-bags being topped up, there was no room service: I had the same towels for four nights.
