Huge apartment in a Great location … close to metro, public transport and waterfront Restaurants and supermarkets close by. There is a lift inside which is great but be aware there are stairs to navigate to enter the property and no assistance available with luggage Washing machine was a bonus

Malcolm and Stacie are great hosts. They run a set of well designed, nicely decorated, comfortable, family-friendly cabins. Their location is an easy walk from Braemar's charming center. The open design of the social area works great for a family group.

Two details that visitors might want to know: there's one bathroom for the three bedroom cabin - so 6 guests could be sharing that. And some bedrooms are a bit tight - scant extra space for gear. Knowing that now, I'd book there anyway - just know in advance.

The front of house reception staff were lovely. Very helpful, very professional can't fault them. Our room was very clean, we stayed in a suite, it was spacious and the bathroom was also a good size. Lots of on site parking.

While clean the room was tired. There was blood on the curtains, the light in the lounge was in the process of falling off the wall with exposed fixings. The smart TV didn't work, 1st because the remote batteries were dead, no problem the lovely people at reception replaced them. But once we could turn it on we couldn't watch anything because the internet was so bad the TV would only load 10 seconds of TV at a time before lagging and pausing. This wasn't just at a peak TV time of 9pm it was still not working at 6am in the morning. Our biggest issue while there was after arriving in the evening around 7ish reception informed us that the bar was still serving food but the restaurant wasn't available. So having settled in I sent my husband in search for food, but the bar said the weren't able to take any orders for food because the kitchen hadn't called through yet they were still too busy with the restaurant. The bar staff were unhelpful at explaining when we would be able to order food, stating "I wouldn't bother trying before 8:30".

Good location. Probably one of the better accomodation properties in the area. Rooms were very tired and bed was broken at base but we were only there for one night

Unfortunately football competitions for you kids was on and the hotel was full of them so we had football games in the corridors and in the rooms above us so not a great night sleep . If we stayed longer we would have moved hotels
