This is our second visit to the Beach Hotel and it was just like we remembered and why we chose to stay there again. I will definitely be staying there in the future as I have a daughter living in Brighton and it so conveniently in close proximity to her. First Class staff, service and breakfast included completes the package. See you again soon.

Lovely hosts who even let us meet their very big pigs 🤣 we had fresh eggs, milk and muffins and other essentials upon arrival. Absolutely loved the hot tub in the evenings after a long day out, comfy beds, lovely hot shower, private & had everything we needed. Even saw some peacocks roaming around which was lovely.

Our hosts were very welcoming and showed us around the apartment which was fantasic having a balcony which gave us a view down to the river . They were always there if we needed them and we had a great time walking along the Esplanade and visiting New Britain

Gorgeous room in an old townhouse - great location in the jewellery quarter. Luxurious facilities including standalone bath, lots of great products and comfy bedding, TV etc.

Staff seemed in a rush to check me in and not so bothered about a proper welcome to the city (maybe because I am travelling for work) but this is understandable as I think I was the last one of the day!

Good size cottage. Well equipped with everything we needed. Very quiet, no traffic noise. Beautiful meadow and wood around the place

The shower could be improved. It is too small, with no way to get wet without holding the shower head. Its location, surrounded by a wood, means that the cottage terrace is almost never in the sun.

Good size rooms. Good location, suitable for the overnight stay we wanted.

Was not clean. The cooker in one apartment was very dusty. The fridge was dirty and had a very sticky substance left in it. The grill pan of one of the apartments still had food stuck to it. Other baking dishes were unclean and needed to be washed before use. There was food down the sofa cushions and on the floor around the sofa.

Room - dark, claustrophobic, windows looking into internal cavity full of pipes and scaffolding, no natural light. Not very clean carpet - decor tired. Bathroom cramped. This was supposedly an upgrade- hate to think what I would have got without. The room was not cheap - £130 and expected much better. Outside doors being painted- hard to get in !
