  Accommodation location at 122 Ashton Rd. it is, from my point of view, brilliant. Decent sleeping conditions, fast WiFi, wonderful garden, well-equipped kitchen. For drivers - free parking (I used Arriva transport 12 and 100; sometimes Z or 31). There are several shops and a huge recreational area nearby. The owners were very, very nice and helpful. I have very fond memories of chatting with Mr. Romoro. For me personally, the proximity to the Vale Cemetery (in Luton) was also important because my loved ones were buried there.

  Creaking floor (but this is a very common problem in old houses; I am writing this as a construction engineer). The UK leaving the EU because it limits the use of certain websites on the internet. :)

  Easy lockbox collection for the key with photograph of lockbox and location clearly provided along with instructions for free Wi-fi access. Elevator used to access the apartment. Great location with quiet environment and well equipped facilities. Teas, coffees, sugar provided along with cleaning equipment for cutlery; toilet roll and towels provided. Nicely decorated and smelled good. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.

  Room is dim and could not open kitchen window, however side lamps are provided to give more light during the evenings. Panel for extractor fan was loose however otherwise it was great.

  All good, our room was inner styx. Room clean and bed comfy, we loved roof window shutters closable with the very long pole. Amazing power shower and nice hot radiator to dry our towels. The garden was very nice with furniture and cushions to enjoy the evening sun with wine fgrom village shop. We would return and highly recommend the George and ye old nags head for meals £15-20 each. ☺

  Drains did have a smell in the kitchen but with the adjoining doors shut it never effected our stay at all.

  The space between the beds is very narrow and you will definitely hit your head. There is no elevator. Even though it is a small city, it is a little far from the old town.
